Enable Accessibility Widget

If the accessibility widget was previously hidden or disabled, clearing the cache helps to load the latest configuration and makes the widget visible again.

If you are using Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, or Safari, clear the cache using a keyboard shortcut. While the browser is open, press Ctrl + Shift + Delete to open the cache-clearing window. Restart after clearing the cache and cookies.

  1. Go to Settings

  2. Select Privacy & Security

  3. Click clearing browsing data

  4. Set the Time Range Select All time (or as needed)
  5. Check Cached images and files (You can leave “Browsing history” and “Cookies” unchecked if you only want to clear cache.)

  6. Click Clear Data (Delete from this device)

  1. Open Mozilla Firefox
  2. Select Settings

  3. Go to Privacy & Security

  4. Scroll to the Cookies and Site Data section

  5. Click Clear browsing data

  6. Check Cached Web Content (Uncheck Cookies and Site Data if you only want to clear cache.)

  7. Check Cached images and files (You can leave “Browsing history” and “Cookies” unchecked if you only want to clear cache.)

  8. Click Clear

  • Step 1: Enable the Develop Menu (One-Time Setup)
    1. Open Safari
    2. Click Safari in the top menu

    3. Click on Settings (or Preferences)

    4. Go to the Advanced tab

    5. Check “Show Develop menu in menu bar"
  • Step 2: Clear Cache

    1. From the top menu, click Develop

    2. Select Empty Caches

  1. Go to Settings

  2. Select Privacy, search, and services

  3. Click on Clear browsing data

  4. Under Clear browsing data, click Choose what to clear

  5. Select Time range All time (or as needed)
  6. Check Cached images and files (Uncheck other options if you only want to clear the cache.)

  7. Click Clear now

  1. Open the Settings app

  2. Scroll down and tap Safari

  3. Tap Clear History and Website Data

  4. Tap Clear History and Data to confirm

  • This clears cached files and reloads the latest version of websites
    1. Clear Cache for a Specific Website (Optional)
    2. Go to Settings → Safari
    3. Tap Advanced → Website Data
    4. Search for the website
    5. Swipe left on the site name and tap Delete

    1. Go to Settings

    2. Select Privacy and security

    3. Tap Clear Browsing Data
    4. Select Time Range All Time (or as needed)
    5. Check Cached Images and Files (Uncheck other options if you only want to clear cache.)

    6. Tap Clear Browsing Data (Delete data)
    7. Confirm by tapping Clear Browsing Data again
